Hah! Well it has been some time since my last update ^_^

Since my turn over, I've had to think about how i Draw my char and art. So i looked and found that i drew the cheek bones too high, the cheeks to large and either the chin to small or no chin at all.

And i also drew him close to being proportionate to his age: 17

And his little dust/mist effect was inspired by a comic i once had a chance to read but now cant find anywhere. I even forgot it's name XD

And this was a perfict oportunity to try cross hatching for a more dramatic/mystical effect. Some spellcasters/Sorcerers can summon weapons from thin air, and some even use an element to summon it. So, Shade uses a form of mist/dust to form a weapon. = D

Eh, it could use some work...but i'll be nice for once and just blame it on your lack of drawing.

Hmm ok but you keep saying proportions but you also keep saying proportions...Well whats the difference? None, just that i don't get an explanation. If you feel up to that challenge, send me a note with your reasoning on proportions. :3

"Then you have no soul, only substance sista" That was a quote from a friend over seas who loves to draw for animations XD . That would be an analysis of your reluctance to even try to explain. However, If you don't do well explaining it, then...Hmmm how bout pointing me in the right direction. :3

I apologize in advance.

It looks stiff. He looks uncomfortable and his arm is super long. His pants and clothes look awkward. He has a random sharp point sticking out from his cheek. I think that's supposed to be a cheekbone but no one's cheek looks like that. =/ He needs a suave, comfortable look, not a Steve Urkel look.

I suppose that's what you call criticism. I'm just stating what I see.

I think it came out this way because you're probably still in a slump. I know that my mood affects my writing. Whenever I'm in an off mood and I write, I don't care how it comes out and I know it's crap but I do it anyway.
